My first time on stage was February, 6th 2011. It was Super Bowl Sunday. The Packers just beat the Steelers. I went to the open mic at my hometown comedy club, the Comedy Underground in Seattle and I haven’t been able to put down the mic since.
I love the process. I work hard on my craft. I talk about my life and where I come from and the things I go through. My biggest influences include Dave Chappelle, Louis C.K., Bill Burr and Chris Rock. Some would say I get pretty personal and in your face, but in a good way. The two things I love the most are my family and making people laugh. I am there to have fun. I hope you are too.
I have worked all around Seattle from The Underground to the Parlor in Bellevue to the Tacoma Comedy Club in, well… Tacoma and various bars in between. I host an open mic every Monday at Burnett’s in Renton. We have a lot of fun in there. There are strong drinks and great food and some hearty laughs. It’s the best thing you could do on a Monday.
I have opened for amazing comics like Ty Barnett, Esau McGraw, Ralph Porter, D’Lai, Joe Clair, Leslie Jones, Drew Fraser, Nate Jackson, Big Irish Jay, Jubal Flagg, Duane Goad, Cathy Sorbo, Justin Hayes, Cookie, Matt Claybrooks, Yoursie Thomas, Bryan Cook and Morgan Preston.
If you don’t know who any of those people are, look them up. They are all wonderful, professional and hilarious!
If you love kids and hate the police, you should enjoy my comedy.
